Refund policy

The Cactus Brand will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. (If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.) Your must contact us before you ship items back, TCB is not responsible for lost packages or wrong adressing. Any made-to-order products such as TCB branded items (TCB exclusive swim, TCB exclusive shoes, etc.) will incur a 20% restocking fee if returned to sender occurs and the customer is due a refund.

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

All Refunds will be sent as store credit
