All orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Due to our high demand on made to order apparel , we need extra time to process and craft each individual item. TCB Swim may take up to 2-3 weeks to ship and TCB shoes may take up to one month to ship due to custom order timelines.
Extended Label: This is to notify you that this product takes 5-14 business days to arrive at your door, and can not be rushed.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
If you are local around Bowdle, SD or any surrounding areas, send me an email to thecactusbrand@gmail.com and I would be happy to meet you and refund your shipping!
The Cactus Brand will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. (If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.) Your must contact us before you ship items back, TCB is not responsible for lost packages or wrong adressing.
Any made-to-order products such as TCB branded items (TCB exclusive swim, TCB exclusive shoes, etc.) will incur a 20% restocking fee if returned to sender package occurs.
All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.
All Sale Items are final sale.
All Refunds will be sent as store credit

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@thecactusbrand.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We are also not responsible to shipping charges that may incur due to inaccurate address delivery.
